"This Caeli is the close advisor to the queen and is passionate about the well being of the nest. They have a personal stake in the wellbeing of the nest and must report directly to the Queen.Β Their job usually entails inspecting current issues throughout the nest and reporting it to the queen."
the advisor is more of a helper to the queen giving her "advice" on how to run the nest in favor of the citizens. They would be the one working behind the scenes. making sure everything is working and the caelis are happy with the queen and making sure nothing happens to hurt the nest. so i don't think he would be traveling much. xD
BUT if you'd like that maybe you could put him in as a knight and he could be a traveling companion for raivas? that would be cool if you are asking that. it would be pretty fun if that happens.

they do reports of how the nest is going directly to the queen
at least thats what it says on the nest info thing
so im sure hed be reporting if something needs to go to the queen from other nests too :>
so i think there would be times he'd be traveling or at least meeting travels

I quoted the direct wording from the journal in my last comment btw
I think the messenger would be the one getting the info back in forth rather than the advisor though. maybe if other nest needed to speak with the seashore queen and she was busy he would go in her place but that is the only way I would think he would travel for business.

I'm just saying if you want to travel and stuff maybe consider another rank? Or talk to ahalteke about having a political companion to the Knights errant if you really want too.
If you good and happy with being the advisor then go for it though!

SHIT
that would be super cool if caspian and him started like
being together all the time
maybe there can be two?? like cause caspian is really clingy and they were friends growing up or something
we could write a lil tidbit on it and i could draw them together

It would be quite interesting since they are very opposite in their personalities but maybe they would balance each other out? I was thinking maybe they would bond during their travels and become better friends through that? Since raivas didn't have very much of a childhood because he was traveling and once he got to the nest he was pretty much goal oriented.
But yeah I would be up for it if you are! We can note the group about a political companion for the knight errant since that isn't a rank yet (so if the errant runs into a nest he has someone who is trained in speaking on political terms) and if they turn it down maybe we can put him in being a knight just to be an adventurer or companion.

Oh wow, it's really neat to see other original creatures and flora of Dravisdor! I haven't seen much interaction between caeli and anything but other caeli. Nice little story with a beautiful illustration!
