Okay, so I'm a geek. When I'm feeling uninspired (or obsessed), I draw fan art for television shows. Deal with it!So I haven't had much time for drawing lately, what with all of the college schoolwork. Going without drawing for so long has made me kind of stale. Lately, when I get a chance to sit down to draw, I just sort of. . . blank. So I just end up drawing tv fan art instead. I've reached the point where, since it's all I've managed to churn out recently, I'm just going to bunch togeter all of the fan art sketches that have accumulated. So here we go!
Mostly Heroes fan art, because I'm that show's slave. Also, a few sketches of Supernatural's Winchester brothers as young lads. Most of the Heroes sketches were done with reference, and the Supernatural sketches were not. When I draw with reference for fan art, I usually just look at general face shape, hair, features etc. instead of drawing the exact picture, just to get the basic gist.
These range from a few months ago to a day or two ago.
So yeah, there you go. I've outed myself as a tv nerd. Now you all know!
All Heroes characters C Tim Kring and NBC (I think?), and the Winchester brothers belong to Eric Kripke and WB.

wait,have i not seen this before? i love the peter and parkman faces, you capture their expressions so well. and all of them. you can tell whos who automatically.

Muchos Gracias, John man! I am a nerd who is addicted. I tried to ensnare your sister, but she is stronger than I am. Though I did manage to get her to get the DVD for one (she watched the first 8) and 2.5 episodes of the other. But she has the artistic motivation to actually focus on her own character instead of going crazy over others. Wah!
Oh, but when I come a'calling this summer. . . I will get her yet! And maybe even you, if you happen to be around *Evil mastermind laghter ensues*

Yeah, the main reason I don't watch TV is because I usually can't control what's on, so following any of the suddenly populer primetime serials is out of the question unless I gets DVDs, which be costing the money papers.

Thank you! The picture of Matt was probably the most recent sketch, and I was rather pleased with how he turned out. And even more pleased that you could tell who it was, because he doesn't have things like mega bangs or glasses to make him easy to identifu. And I'm glad you like Hiro and Peter too
