Ok... I know I know I hav'nt submitted in a WHILE!! But my com wasn't letting me... So now that I have internet on my other com I can finally submit stuff!! But here... I just drew this on paint with my new tablet!! (SO HAPPY!!) But yes this is Hikaru from Ouran High School Host Club. Although I like Kaoru btter, whatever. Here he is!! ENJOY
