Request by CaramelMelodyCarol15this is Luigi with his dog Polterpup meeting a scary blue ghost that they never seen before.
Her request was too much for me, so I made it short and different
1. instead of a genie I made a ghost
2. instead of being trap in a bottle it got released from the bottle
3. I did her ghost from one of her arts
