Description
I'm going to be making six villains for each element, which makes 60 as well the Kaos type final boss.

Prince Cy-Clop was the prince of an empire of centaurs. However, not many people liked him because he was a cyclops. So he decided that the empire had to love him, and if they didn't, he'd summon horses to attack. Of course, with nobody in the kingdom liking him, he summoned all of the horses he could. He soon got arrested for destroying every building in the kingdom. In Cloudcracker Prison he met Knight Terror, who took note of his powers.
  Attack 1: Summon a spirit horse to attack enemies.
  Attack 2: Charge and leave behind a trail of magic energy.
  Attack 3: Shoot a laser from your eye that stuns enemies.
