Brainy is still feeling quite ill-at-ease and shameful, even after what happened beforehand (See Loving Each Other ).

He can't forgive himself for what he did and cannot even talk to anyone, even Grandpa, whose Walking Stick has been broken by Brainy. But the latter really want to do something to console and cheer him up, but most of all, to show him how loved he is in the village. It's not easy and Brainy may be crying again soon.

Grandpa about all the possibilities and finally finds one. He convinces Brainy to follow him, saying he has a quite of ''Surprise'' for him.

Grandpa : ''Some weeks ago, Hug-A-Lot Smurfling, with the help of Handy, built a fantastic machine, more precisely an “Age Regression Machine” (See Regression Machine ). What would you think of spending some time inside, hmm ?''

Brainy looks unsure but Grandpa really insists. Brainy accepts and gets inside the strange machine. Grandpa turns on the machine and put it in motion.

5 minutes later, Brainy is...11-months-old ! The giggling little baby is taken up, hugged and tickled by Grandpa.

''Now, after some days of ''Rejuvenating Medicine'', I think you'll be feeling better, really better !''.

I think I don't need to tell what happens next !
