Personality: He comes off as this badass but really is a nice guy. People are genderless to him in a fight, thus having no qualms about beating up a girl.
Backstory:Used to live in Italy and was homeschooled and finish his highschool education @ 16. He was then sent to a "business prep" school to prepare for him taking over a section of the family business. After spending a year there he quickly made enemies due to the competitive nature of the school. He started fighting other students in his second year and was soon expelled. It was either that or the other students families would take action on their family business. Demetri's parents sent him to the cooking school since no other school would accept him. His brother was sent with him to keep him in line, and his sister lives in the area.
Other:
-Can be blunt at times
-Under the gloves his hands are covered in band aids. He tends to cut himself while cooking a lot.
-Not close with his family (dad, mom, older sister(Evelina 26), older brother(Caspian 29))
-Decent at cooking, specializes with breakfast foods.
-Has a brother complex

- smokes cigarillos at every chance he can get. Doesn't smoke around Caspian, cuz he hates smoking.
