Hello I'm commenting as part of tag .  My tag word was "late".

I chose this piece of art because it seems that young lady is stepping out late at night. If I'm to understand your listing correctly you are not responsible for the fan and the stage except that you applied them to your scene. With that said the young woman definitely does seem to appear in 3-D. Adding the breeze that moved her dress was good because it showed the shadow between her left and right leg which created a lot of depth. The dress itself seems to billow with the breeze and there even seems to be movement to her hair. Great details that give that 3-D impression of her coming off the page.

The lights are terrific and definitely give you the feeling that the young woman is going out later into the night. The colors you chose are really terrific , so bright and beautiful.

If there was anything I would question is what is the white dots throughout the drawing? Is it snow? And the building just behind the young woman looks rather flat. Particularly that column over her left shoulder (on the right as you look at it).

Other than that this is a very pretty piece of art that really draws your attention in with some great colors and a very beautiful character.
