Hab neulich 'ne doku ΓΌber die "Lobo del Rios" (Riesenotter) in SΓΌdamerika geguckt. Ist eine Schande, dass es mehr Otter im Zoo als in Freiheit zu geben scheint - zumindest in Deutschland.

Bei den Riesenottern ist es tatsΓ€chlich der indianische Name, aber fΓΌr viele Otterarten wird der Ausdruck in vielen Sprachen verwendet.

very nice photo - I think that otters are always a test for a camera, because it is so diffcult to photograph their fur!
