Description Jagged Fel, a character from the Star Wars novels; nephew of Wedge Antilles and arguably the best pilot in the galaxy.

I used a ton of references, but the only ones still recognisable are the clawcraft illustration and the Imperial symbol. Jag is a combination of lots of references, and I'm really really happy how his portrait turned out. He's got a scar and a white streak in his hair above his right temple, which is always awkward to draw. The whole thing is drawn and put together freehand. I hope you like it!

As I've said before, Star Wars expanded universe is still rather poorly represented here on dA, and I'm glad you've been working to bring the EU to life in pictures. This is a gorgeous tribute to one of the most memorable characters of the first new generation. Love the action shot and the clawcraft in particular!

That's awesome! I love the logo and background colours I've watched the Star Wars films so many times - I could recite them line for line, but I've never read any of the books! I think I should give them a try

OOOOO!! LOVE this--and what a great compilation of images--his favorite fighter, his straight-out guts (the blasting-away pose!) and his thoughtful, intellectual side (the portrait...those "pale green eyes..." **melts** ). Great composition (the arrangement and energy pull us neatly across to the outstanding portrait), wonderful background that ties it all together, marvelous palette... I'm running out of superlatives, lol! It's going right into s, dear--fantastic piece!

This is great! I might have been a closet Jaina/Jag supporter all along but this may get me to throw my lot in. I love your EU illustrations: they're so vivid and really look like they could come from the SW universe. You should try your hand at at getting paid for sketch cards or something! Great composition. Also, the sketchy buildings and designs in the background of the lower part work really well to fill that space.
