Description
That itchy feeling you get when you close your eyes and nothing happens.acrylic on plywood for an upcoming exhibition. I need to have it mounted and it's rather large... any ideas?

As a lifetime insomniac I can appreciate this. I love how the face is hidden just enough to jump out at you suddenly, like a dream. Really like the texture of the plywood in the background, and that single set of drips from the orb; adds such a feeling of the raw.

oh my goodness. I know i say this all the time but this is incredible. You never cease to amaze. Night time is especially bad for my anxiety... I can relate to this so much.

Sometimes, your body is so tired but your brain cells are running 150kph. XD I love the shadows on the torso, and the detail of the red ink bleeding on the body.
Maybe you can attach a hook-thingy in the back of it? D:

( i really should have thought more about how to hang it before going ahead and painting it. i'll have to go and ask the local framer, maybe he'll have some ideas...)

haha i have the exact same thing, and when you get up the next morning the idea has vanished somewhere... until the next night that is and then it all just starts over...
