Things that you might want to try out
+ shading to represent the volume. The image is flat-coloured (not necessarily a bad thing)
+ more contrast to the image. Either through using more vivid colors of through lighter-darker areas

this is very detailed and very nice! She is very sweet!
it would be better, though, if you didn't treat every detail on it's own, but give a general shade first and don't work so much on the thing that are in shades, for instance : the feathers that are beneath the wing shouldn't be as clear as the others and not all the petals of the flowers are shaded the same way - studies after nature would be very helpfull here.
other than this, the composition is well done and i like the amount of details and how you combined them. you've got great imagination!
