You TOTALLY should! It's weird, but very fascinating, and there's plenty of puppets and the like to admire. (Just don't watch the sequels... or at least, don't watch the third one.)

The second sequels does have some great bits, but it's not directed or enacted by the people who made the first one, and this new gang didn't do a good job of matching the fantastical storytelling of the first.
As for the third... No. Just no. It's lame; and I don't say that lightly.
