I use Adobe Photoshop Illustrator CS5 for the lineheart and colors, which is a a vectorial program. The vectorial programs have the ability to zoom your picture a thousand time even loosing the quality. That's why
Or you can also use Photoshop Element 5, do a sketch, and after re-size your picture to 200%. When you're done with the lineheart and the coloring, just put it back to is normal size, so 50%.
