Honestly? I don't think that the Batman fandom really has nicknames for any of their ships, unless you count referring to Batman/Joker as B/J because of the innuendo. It's a shame, really.
Anyway, Crane/Harley has been my favorite het. pairing for a while now, so it's great to see some more fanart for that ship. Or fans in general, actually. There seem to be only a few people who would even think to put these two together. If you're interested, the "Jon and Harls" section of my favorites has quite a few pics of them as a couple.
Love that they're holding plushies of each other. Granted, Jon doesn't seem like a plushie kinda guy, but Harley? Definitely.
Mentally I've been calling it "ScareQuinn," but I like the sound of "Laughing Crow", too.
Hope to see you do more pics of ship in the future!

Aww cool I checked out your Jon and Harls section lots of good stuff.
Thanks to Batman Begins it places the two of them at the same work place and gosh the shenegains that could be had from then on... I think at one point I descided being the Scarecrows...'flame' was safer then being with the Joker and I like Harely too much for my own good I want her safe and happy.
Harley can sweet talk Jonathan into a plushie. If she can't no one can.

Oy... Took me forever to reply, sorry.
Shenanigans! The idea cracks me up, but it's so very true. Shenanigans would definitely be had. Not sure if you're familiar with the show House MD, but I see Harls and Jon both as being somewhat like the title character--Harley in terms of behavior (being very casual, playing pranks, sneaking off to watch TV, but still good at her job) and Crane when it comes to personality (highly intelligent, arrogant and controlling with absolutely no bedside manner).
I know some people are dead set on Harley only ever being with the Joker, but...that always seemed kinda depressing to me. I'm with you on wanting her safe and happy. I don't mind the head-over-heels/obsessed idea, but I like to think that, in time, she'd be able to move on. And Crane certainly has a brilliant, controlling, sadistic nature similar to the Joker's, but I think that he'd treat her better. Besides, he needs someone to show him out to have fun.
And I agree totally on the plushie thing. So true.

I love the anime style for this and I love the nickname for the pairing.
