Really impressive work! This isn't a criticism, but she seems to be missing the bottom eyelashes on her left eye. Did she apply her makeup unevenly in your reference photograph?

This is absolutely fabulous. If you were a subscriber, I'd write a critique but instead a simple comment will have to do.

First of all, I had to download this in order to see all the details - and I was blown away! The hair alone is just incredible and must have taken a good while to vexel. I'm very much in love with the natural peachy colors of the hair lips and skin, they all blend together so nicely.

The only things I'd like to critisize are the size of the deviation (not the download), make it a little biggeron he left just to show off your talent! (if you don't know how to do that, just click on "Edit Deviation" or click here and change the Fullsize View to 800 or 900 pixels wide).
Also I'd get rid of the text, either it's just the font that I personally don't like or the text itself, but I think the picture would look better without it. Just my 2 cents though.

Besides these two minor things, I think you did great and can't wait to see more from you!
