This is the only one I've ever seen. It's a horrible, horrible idea. They got rid of the traditional ambulances that were basically station wagons because they didn't meet upcoming safety standards. I'd imagine this was....far, far worse. Check out the stretcher placement.

Indeed - in Gettysburg in August 2016. It moves around the country year-to-year. It's not scheduled to be close to me again any time soon.
On a side note, all those ambulances and hearses were over 150 years too late...
