I actually like the vibrant colors. From what you hear about Israel all the time, it seems like it'd be a depressing place if you haven't been there. The vibrant colors really bring a life to the country just from this picture.
My one suggestion would be a little more focus on her. It seems to be everything around her, maybe if she were more of the subject focused it'd add to the piece.
Other than that, wonderful shot. I like the framing quite well, and the overall feel of the piece is quite positive. Nice work (=

Profound piece, I must say.
Even though the colours are all so vibrant and stuff, I can't help feeling as if the atmosphere is the complete opposite to that.. and that it should be dull, miserable and whatnot. Maybe it's because of the actual state of things or the person's stance and expression... who knows.
I think it's an interesting shot, anyway. The colours are great and the framing isn't too bad, either. The quality is a bit low... and I think the focusing could have been better by increasing the aperture, mainly.
All in all, though, it's not bad.
