Super, super cute! Lovely colors, and the sparkle effects are really sweet. Really cute fashion, as well; the brown boots look great with the blue dress.  I love how this fairy breaks away from the typical fairy stereotype; very nice work! And those eyes, with the hearts and atypical highlights, are super cute!
