Army surplus, it's a Korean/Vietnam Era metal shell without the kevlar liner.

yep! It's a wwII/korea/vietnam era shell from army surplus.(shell only the metal part) I installed a liner out of foam strips.

You're my all time favorite Soldier cosplayer, and your friend's my favorite Sniper cosplayer,
I love your cosplay so much, it's so perfect.
You actually inspired me to Mann Up and cosplay as Soldier aswell for an upcoming convention, in my first pannel aswell.
I just kindof wanted to say thank you for the inspiration and keep up the fantastic work!

The con is Anniminneapolis in Minnesota at the end of June.
My costume is still in the mail and I'm having trouble finding my helmet but I'll get it together soon and show you if you want.
