Description
The mysterious and shadowy head of the dreaded "Black Spiral Syndicate" from my Kiryuku concept. Everyone in the Syndicate answers to him, and some even revere him like an emperor.Chief inspirations being Batman rogue Lord Death Man , the villainous Skull/Skull Man from Cyborg 009, Berg Katse from Gatchaman, Mr. Outside from Eden of the East, the version of Kilgrave (Purple Man) from Jessica Jones, etc.
Really need to develop him, as he is one of the chief villains of Kiryuku.
Made this sprite using Jedah from Darkstalkers and Bristoll Weller from one of the Power Instinct games. I think the mask is a massively edited Iron Man faceplate.

Nice work, design is creepy but I can tell by his posture & your choice in baddie references that he has a fun side to him too, I can picture him cackling evilly as he makes a grand villain speech or makes his getaway lol.
P.S. I'm aware of Lord Death Man but I haven't read anything with him in it, but I have seen the Skullman anime and I'm currently watching Gatchaman, so I know of Berge Katse too (no spoilers, not done yet, lol)
