So Ballaghaderreen has this problem, see - them dastardly beggers in Mayo say it was their's until a local landlord got it re-zoned into Roscommon the late 1800's (for tax benefits, of course) and that it remains a true Mayo town, while we claim that it doesn't matter who owned it in the past, just who pays its bills now.

The reason it's of up-most import is because the local GAA club still plays in Mayo and deprives Roscommon members their birth-right of playing for their own inter-county team. It's a conflict that's raged in public houses and board rooms for over a century.
