Khan is a member of Kaede's squad, and is considered one of the best warriors at the Academy. Khan was officially killed during the Great War when the Azanians decimated 90% of his body with a Desolator strike. What was left could barely be called alive, but Khan managed to cling to life long enough that his remains were recovered, placed in a tank to keep him alive, and finally get attached into a new, cybernetic body. Now, with the enchancements that come from a mechanical body, especially one created with Zhatha-Otu science, Khan is even more of a threat to his enemies than before. Armed with an ultra-sharp armblade, and a powerful plasma cannon/machinegun hybrid (among many other weapons and gadgets) he can strike fear even into members of the Shadow Army. Khan has many encounters with Aya and her forces, and ultimately survives the battle against Nightmare Aya.
