Favel is constantly afraid that they will be attacked. Hickory is very steady, and continues at the same pace everywhere - he seems unsurprisable, whereas Favel is almost ready to be scared.
They can carry up to 8 mons - besides favel, if they let some ride on Hickory's tusks, which Favel is very protective of.

They give tours and guides of the mountains and also help any pokemon that have been caught in any snowstorms or blizzards.
Favel is a good friend with the guards of Sleetpost - A small town wedged between the mountains and the only rest place for those whom seek to get through the mountain pass. Because many a mon underestamated the dangerous winds and ice of the mountains, eventually the town posted two outposts on both sides of the base of the mountains where the trail of the mountain pass begins - they give each visiting mon a magnetic dogtag to wear until they get to the town or other side of the pass - one they can track if the mon gets separated from their group or lost in the snowstorm.
