geez, im sorry this user replied to you like this, you have every right to be upset if someone uses ur art without crediting. if you dont know credit for art then dont use it at all! they should know this by now.

he claims i 'harassed' him because i told him to change a pixel in the past because it had gore and also was not credited. all he did was hide the comments and block me :/

he changed the pixel several days later but STILL didnt credit the artist to the new one. and the cycle continues to repeat.

its really a shame he cant understand how rude he is to use something in the first place if he cant credit the artist

This user is actually somebody who has deliberately harassed me with malicious intent in the past, and who goes out of their way to attempt to set people on me, simply because they hate me. Nothing about the usage was intentional theft, I saw it on somebody's blog where they had used it without credit, and when I asked where they had gotten it they sent me a direct image link rather than a link to your profile.

Maybe if you actually weren't 'as uptight' anymore, you'd have actually done more research into the situation and asked me nicely to remove it rather than calling me a 'little piss ant' and threatening me over *njezan 's little attempt to get under my skin. No, I didn't 'do this many times before', and no, I was never 'told to credit the original artist'. I was attacked over the use of one particular image in the past, so I changed it, but apparently the user in question feels the need to find fault in everything that I do, and therefore tried to start drama over this little incident as well. Stop acting like a little bitch toward people based on 'he said, she said' bullshit, not everyone on the internet is trustworthy and the user definitely wasn't commenting to be helpful. They were commenting to start shit, and you came through for them.

Please try to be more rational when dealing with things like this in the future, rather than immediately threatening harassment and false reports in order to frighten the person, when it's hardly necessary.

Without hearing both sides I'm amn't able to make clear judgment. Yes  you're right,
maybe I should've looked into it more. But seeing as how this has happened to me literally
more than a hundred times, I'm finding it harder to withhold anger on such matters.

Take for example the use of the term "piss-ant", yes? This has angered you because of the context of
which I used it in and because of my use of the word you go off on a tangent such as what you've done.
But may I also be bold to point out that you called me a "bitch" in return as a reaction. You tell me to be rational
wherefore your own actions are that of a hypocrite. Hypocrisy is frowned upon in society yet it's done by every
single one of us at some point in our vapid lives. I find it funny how you may curse up a storm in you manner but
in my case you shoot insults. I mean, it doesn't bother me. I deal with that crap everyday, one incident like
this doesn't make me bat an eyelash near the cause. Practice what thy preach, sir.

As for the matter of "art theft" I'm definitely not angry. Whether it was intentional or not people will find their way through to the original artists. So I'm not worried about that. Whoever used it on their blog without credit will be called out as well. But I would think it's Common Sense to credit the original artist. Theft, along with imitation, is a low form of flattery. You can't stop all crime. So who cares. It happens to the best of people minding there own business.

Back again to the so-called "blame game". I'm not angry. I'm not upset. And I kinda don't care.
Frighten? No no. Calling someone out isn't meant to frighten them. The purpose is to make them feel guilt
which in return should bring about some sort of repentance (I suppose it would cause some sort of fear).
It could be a simple sorry or not saying anything at all and just taking the stolen what-ever down.

With all that discussed... If you really do have a problem with Miss *njezan then why don't you two just block each other and have nothing to do with the other? Some would say "Because their impossible, steal, cheat, blah blah(insert reason)" while the others would say the same thing vice versa. That's one option or you two could make amends. One of my best friends came out of a rivalry, or whatever you may wish to call it. We're friends now simply because fighting like a bunch of 4 year old pups seemed really lame. I mean why are you at each others throats? Wouldn't it be better to ally up then to have a man down? I don't know, just seems like beating a dead horse. In any case, I take no sides and I don't care to because I don't know the two of you very well. I'm just someone viewing the situation from the outside.

I think it stands that we all could be a little more rational.
