finally..this is actually the background for my next big one
posted it alone for its importance to me, and because on the full drawing, a lot of it will be hidden
i'll be a bit more descriptive on the full drawing, but for now i'll just say this layer is the core, the.. basis, of something greater

Amazing detail, and the concept is mindblowing. There are so many things I can pull from this picture. But as you say, it's the background for an upcoming one, so I'll hold off my rant for that much longer.
