Prior to +faving this, a critical comment on the lines in her arms and chest; Have you thought about concealing them a bit? Don't get me wrong, they rightly stand out, but perhaps they shouldn't be as bold as the rest of the outline.

Once you've scanned your image, try using a white brush over those particular lines with 50% opacity (anything between 40% to 85% goes really). Otherwise, make a new layer, cover those lines with white and experiment with the opacity of the layer. White is relative, it can be any other colour, depending on the brightness/contrast of your scanned drawing. You can also try using the blur tool on top of all that, but my opinion is that Pentel brushstrokes are better left un-blurred
