The model is the same one that was present in the beta version of the Isla Nublar Pack. It's the first version of the Dilophosaur from the novel by Michael Crichton. I called it Spittor, by the union of Spitter and Spotted.
You can download this skin by the link "Download File" in the top-right corner of this page, extract it and replace the files in Matlibs folder of the game, remember to back-up the original files!
