Cool names so you just put a bunch of random words into hungarian and indonesian translators? Or do you actually speak those languages? I'm having my doubts about Fra Frao though. It's really tough to decide.

well I actually use real dictionaries (lol my mom likes to study foreign languages ), but that would work too, and it'd be a whole lot faster too, except those online translators usually only give one possibility, and sometimes they translate the wrong meaning of the word

I know what you mean, finding a good name can be really difficult. especially made up names, because they always sound so off, mine at least do

Hehe having Indonesian and Hungarian dictionaries lying around does sound like it can come in handy. It is a great tip though, but I'll have to make do with the electronic versions on the net.

And here I was afraid he might not be different enough. I wanted to make sure he is original to be an important villain in my manga. Because a Frieza knock-off wouldn't quite be. So I tried to create his own set of original features. I do believe he needs some frieza like nails. And I did ponder alot over whether to give him normal eyes or not. The black ones might make him look a bit too beastly. I agree his tail might be a missing link, but again to set him apart I thought his family might have this custom where they cut off the tails at birth because they feel superior to the rest of their race and they feel the tail looks indignant.

Also is it weird that his hat is supposed to be part of his body like frieza's armor was and transforms along with him?

Oh, okay, cut of tails make sense, it only would have been a little strange if they naturally didn't have tails.

About the hat... hmmm... It does make sense for it to be part of his body, but for that it still looks a little too much like a mask, if you ask me. :/ It doesn't really blend into his body, you know? It looks more like a piece of clothing. (What I thought it was...)I'd suggest either trying to make it more streamlined and blend in more - so that it looks like it's really grown to his body. Atm it looks like it was just put atop of it. Also because it's the same in looks as his actual clothes... Ooorr, you could try to give him similiar looking naural "armor" somewhere else on his body. (Like Freeza had in his first 3 forms)to make it easier to determine "Those are clothes" and "This is part of his body".

And ooooh, so are you going to work on your manga again? :3

Aaargh I guess it's back to the drawing tables. It's not easy coming up with a design that works like Frieza's without being a copy of Frieza. I will try a more Frieza like version and see how that fits. The part above his eyes might be an actual mask though, it is exactly ment to look like that. So it could come off at one point. They wear it also as a form of elitism.

I wanted him to have a more clothing based design in contrast with the heavy armor look on Frieza, but I guess that backfired a little.

And yeah my manga is a continuous work in progress. But alas me working on it doesn't necessarily mean a page is coming soon. ^^'

I agree, designing something Frieza-like is not easy. (The only thing of that kind I ever tried was coming up with a mother for Kuriza. You can imagine the difficulties.)
Oh, but so it IS a mask. Okay, thought that was part of his body too, since you said the hat changes with each transformation. A clothing based design is a good idea, I just meant that it was a little hard to distinguish between clothes and actual body.

Aww, too bad. Then I'll look forward to seeing more of your designs for now. ^^

We're getting things mixed up here. The hat is part of the body, the mask (the red part around his eyes) is a mask. The hat starts at his nose as you can see, and the mask he wears maybe to not accentuate his freakish black nose on his light skin. I don't know. Yeah?

If you just believe hard enough it starts to sound logical.

Haha copyright? Ok. It takes like one thought to go from icejin to firejin. I'm surprised not many and many more have thought of this. To claim one person has the copyright over this idea is just ridiculous. Btw it probably would be me because I thought of this about 7 or 8 years ago.

Ridicule peut-être, mais je doute que tu aimerais que quelqu'un copie tes idées, je me trompe ? Et puis il suffit de faire quelques recherches, outre DA, pour voir que j'ai le bonus de l'ancienneté. De toute manière, ce n'est pas cette histoire qui arrêtera mon projet

Faites ce que vous voulez, au fond je m'en fiche un peu. La copie ne vaut pas l'original. L'histoire aurait pu être règlée de manière soft mais l'agressivité me remonte les tripes
