My first Deviant submitted here! I don't know why I imagine Luigi thinking that Shy Guys are cute. Mario, however, has other feelings for them...Luigi's text may be a bit blurry... 😅 So basically, Luigi's saying:
"Relax, Mario. He's just a little guy; he's practically harmless."
Also, Luigi's supposed to be patting the Shy Guy on the head.
