Description WraithTen [link] suggested that I do a picture of New Earth from Doctor Who. Being the Doctor Who fan that I am, I was more than happy to do so. Watercolor on an 8.5’’X 11.5’’ piece of 140lb cold press watercolor paper. Roughly 4hrs. I had some trouble with it, but I guess it turned out o.k. Hope you like it WraithTen.

This is definitely worth a fave! I love the way you have got the city disappearing into the distance, it makes it so mysterious yet it makes me want to go there and visit it. I think that the watercolours were the right tools for this project, you've managed to finish it and now it's a piece of very successful artwork.

It's very pretty! Looks like a nice place to visit given some of the other places the Doctor goes! Of course that's before you get into the hospitals..or the motorway...

Tai! It's beautiful, as I knew it would be. Your landscapes are always gorgeous and this is no exception. I would even go so far as saying it's one of the best, albeit not a 'real' one. I'm always amazed at artists who use watercolor, it's so unforgiving. Fantastic!

Beautiful. I'm terrible at cityscapes and buildings in general, but yours actually look like buildings. Anyway, it has a nice pristine look to it. Good job.
