Fleetfoot had been showing up late to practice all week. Spitfire told her to start showing up on time or she would make her have an embarrassing time. Fleetfoot saw it as an empty threat and showed up late again to practice the next day. Practice went on like normal without incident. Fleetfoot felt satisfied that Spitfire's threat was an empty threat. As she proceeded to the change room, Spitfire landed in front of her, stopping the mare in her path.
"I told you to show up on time, Fleetfoot." said Spitfire, "now, I did tell you that if you don't show up on time, you are gonna have an embarrassing time...."
Fleetfoot gulped as the captain smirked at her as she began to fear what Spitfire was going to do to.

Spitfire moved behind Fleetfoot and yanked her panties up over her head, giving her an atomic wedgie. Fleetfoot groaned as the panties wedged up her flank.
"Ouch......ok, now I learned my lesson, can I please go?" asked Fleetfoot but Spitfire had other plans.
"Not until you do 20 laps around the base." ordered Spitfire, grinning at the now blushing Fleetfoot.
"But I can't fly around like this!" yelled Fleetfoot in a paniced voice as she began to scan her surrounding, looking out for other Wonderbolts around the area.
"Well this is just going to teach you not to show up late to practice. I expect you to be on time from now on or you will need to do this every time you are late; 5 laps base and then 2 laps per minute you are late."
Spitfire began to walk off. She looked over her shoulder at the blushing mare.
"Now get going, if you are quick you might be able to complete the task before the cadets come out for their practice. They are always on time unlike some."
