New updates: Section for piercings and wrist wear added, clothing heavily updated.

I wanted to make a dress up game so that everyone could just as easily visualize their own Cecil.

There are of course some limitations -- he's humanoid, and a certain body type, but unfortunately there's only so much I can do with flash.
