Description French fashion of 1530s was a bit different than in England. French used shiny fabrics and lighter colors. Popular was also a dark dress with light borders and white sleeves (like here pl.pinterest.com/pin/352828952… ). Both ladies wear headdresses that show a bit of curled and stylized hair.

While the dresses are gorgeous I prefer the real French Hoods. But awesome work.

the left headdress is a real French Hood, it just has the hood part turned up (like the woman on the right has: www.medici.co.uk/images/produc… ). Although, yes, this method was more popular with Gable Hoods.
