I'd love to see an episode where DT comments on how Sweetie looks a little, pudgier than usual and just casually continues to trot along her business. Nothing mean spirited. Nothing so mockingly to bring so much attention to it, just one comment. One slight remark about her potentially looking 'more' than usual.
Then Sweetie Belle totally freaks out about her appearance for a whole episode only to find DT being told by Silver she can't have triple judge chocolate cookie dough milkshake because DT is gaining too much pudge. xD
One's most shared fear: Growing fat.
Would make for a good moral of how you shouldn't go so far as to starve yourself just because you gained a little weight. IDK something about Sweetie freaking out over small things makes me smile.

"Awww it can't be. I can't be.... " Sweetie Belle stares down at the numbers on the scale with worry as she thinks back to the conversation she had earlier at the clubhouse.
"She's going to have a baby?" Scootaloo pipes up as she pulls out several pillows to lay on.
"Yep! I heard Nurse Redheart tell my sister and Mac at the house." Applebloom pulls a bag full of apples and carrots to the pillow pile as she tosses Scoots a large red apple.
"Wait! Your cousins not married. How did she get pregnant?" Sweetie Belle, breathing a little heavy. Plops down on a large soft pillow she worked hard to magic over to the others. "I.. I thought you had to be married to have a foal. At least that's what Rarity told me."
Scoots takes a bite out of the apple as she turns to Sweetie, spitting out a little bit of apple as she replies. "Mnaw! Wook at Dinky. Her moms no married."
Sweetie wipes off the piece of apple that landed on her face and squints disapprovingly at Scoots, who just smiles with a little embarrassment. "Don't you remember. Dinky said she has a dad. He just went away or something."
"Oh ya!" Scoots smiles with a slight squee as she is reminded.
"Yall got it wrong." Applebloom butts in with a look of authority. "I asked Granny how mares get pregnant. She did not want to tell me but I eventually got it out of her." She looks the the two as they wiggle in to get closer. Eager to learn the secret. "She said they get pregnant from kissing."
"KISSING!" Sweetie Belle blurts out with a red face causing the others to stare for a moment. She gains her composer if not still a little embarrassed. "I mean. I... I seen Rarity kiss lots of guys before. She never got pregnant."
"Well of course not. If kissing alone did it. Then every mare and filly would be pregnant. Granny said it has to be at night and he has to kiss you with his....." She pauses as she leans in ready to reveal all. "... his tongue." The others gasp with shock.
"Ewwwww! Really he has to put his tongue in your mouth at night." Scoots gags as Applebloom gives her a nod. "Well I will never have a foal then. That's disgusting." The both laugh till they realize Sweetie Belle is not joining in. "Hey what's the matter."
"Umm... do you." She looks at them both nervously. "Do you think it works the same with a... dragon tongue?"
"Are you thinking about any dragon tongue or a certain purple dragon who recently stopped chasing after your sister?" Applebloom nudges Sweetie Belle with a wink in her eye.
Sweetie Belle blushes, "Well he is kinda cute."
"Wait! You haven't kissed him with his tongue have you." Scoots looks at her worried.
"What? No! I... I was just curious." She starts to laugh as the other join in. They continue to talk about the subject. Scoots even jokes about getting a cutie mark in boy tongue slaying causing the others to laugh hard. All the while in the back of her mind. Sweetie Belle's thoughts are on her belly as she rubs it a little. She keeps thinking to herself, "It's not true. I will check when I get home. After all he.... he... it's not true."
"Nooo it can't be! I gained weight." Sweetie Belle falls to the floor crying as Rarity opens the door and rushes in.
"Sweetie! What is the matter? Why are you yelling and crying?"
Sweetie Belle rushes over to her sister with her face soaking wet from tears as she wraps herself around her front legs. "I AM GOING TO HAVE A DRAGON BABY!"

Thus ends what I thought of when I saw your picture. Don't worry she is not pregnant with Spike's Baby. We all know more is involved in getting pregnant. Like alcohol.

I just instantly though of his first kiss. Though his excited dragon tongue went on an adventure that I am sure Sweetie found surprising but... fun.
