“So um...where exactly are we going, Mom?” Sei asked, sitting in the car as his mother drove.

“Oh, just wait and see. I don’t really want to spoil the surprise!” Rinko giggled.

Sei rolled his eyes as he looked outside the window, gazing at the passing traffic. He was working on building a new Gunpla model today, when his mother suddenly called him downstairs to go for a little “drive” somewhere. He wasn’t one to refuse hanging out with his mother, but she was being awfully secretive about where she was going. He assumed this surprise didn’t have much to deal with Gunpla, seeing as they owned a model shop where practically any one he could think of was near his fingertips at all times. His train of thought was interrupted when the car pulled into a parking lot and stopped.

“All right mister, we’re here. Out you go!” Rinko said.

The two of them had stopped in front of a small but relatively modern-looking building. There weren’t any stores nearby, nor was there much else to be seen in the area.

“So...where are we?” Sei asked, his mother only giving him a giggle and a pat on the back.

“You’ll find out once we get inside. I’m sure you’ll have tons of fun!” Rinko snickered. Not seeing any reason to argue, the mother and son walked inside the small building. At the reception counter, Rinko showed her ID, whereupon she was then lead to an elevator with Sei. The two stepped inside, and waited as the elevator took them underground.

Sei almost couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous. Just what exactly did his mother get herself into? He thought to himself as the elevator doors opened, revealing a corridor that was empty. Well, it would be empty if not for the girl who greeted them in front of the elevator doors.

“Hiiii! It’s good to see you again, Sei!”

“K-Kiara!” Sei exclaimed, not at all expecting to see the Gunpla idol in this place. “W-what are you doing here?”

“I’m here because I met your mother over there, and she decided we set up a little get-together in this place! Kira-ran~” The idol cheered. This only made Sei more confused. It wasn’t like Kiara didn’t know who she was. If he wanted to see her he could have easily asked Fellini, since those two had begun dating.

“We decided that you need to learn how to properly spend more time with women, so she and I thought this would be a good opportunity!” Rinko smiled.

“There’s also a new type of Plavisky Particle technology being researched here too, and I know how interested you are in that stuff!” Kiara winked towards him, causing Sei to chuckle nervously.

“Well, it’s more the Gunpla part of Plavisky Particles that I enjoy-” He started to say before Rinko patted him on the back, motioning him to move along.

“Yes, yes. That’s enough Gunpla talk for today. Shall we move on Kiara”

“Yes, let’s shall! Kiraran!” Kiara cheered.

The three of them walked down the empty hallway until they came to a door. Kiara swiped a card through the lock and opened it. Inside the room were two chairs and a table. Aside from that the room was mostly empty.

“Now…” Rinko began to say. “Sei, if you would, please take your shoes off, sit in that chair and put your feet on the table.”

“Um...all right…” Sei complied, not seeing any reason to argue. He took off his shoes and sat in the chair, with his mother and Kiara following him. He put his feet on the table, and an awkward silence filled the room. That silence didn’t last long though, as Kiara suddenly pulled a walkie talkie out of her pocket and spoke into it.

“Okay boys, we’re ready to go!” She stated.

“Huh?” Sei said aloud, wondering what she meant. Then suddenly he felt his arms grabbed and held behind his head. “W-what? M-Mom?!?” He said shocked. His mother was standing behind him, holding his arms in place. She then let go, but to his confusion, he still found himself unable to move them! He couldn’t see it, but it seemed like a rope had materialized out of thin air and tied his hands together to the chair, making him unable to get out of it. “W-what’s going on here?!? Mom?” Sei asked, starting to get freaked out. The two girls only began to snicker however, as Kiara began slowly taking off the boy’s socks.

“K-Kiara-san, what are you doing?” Sei asked nervously as his bare feet slowly became exposed. “W-why are you taking off my socks?”

“Oooh…” Kiara cooed, gently grabbing Sei’s right big toe. “I knew you said his feet were cute Rinko-san, but I certainly wasn’t expecting them to look like that!” Rinko snickered at the remark. “Of course they’re not as cute as MY feet, but that’s to be expected for a boy, after all.”

A blush adorned on Sei’s face as he heard those remarks, though he tried to put on a brave face. “W-what the heck is going on here? Why am I tied up like this?!?”

“Well Sei…” Rinko said slowly, in a teasing voice. “You spend so much time nowadays cooped up in your room. I barely see you do anything outside of build Gunpla anymore! Even when you’re witch China-chan all I hear about is “Gunpla Gunpla Gunpla!” Rinko added, adding annoyance to the tone of her voice. “Well enough is enough. It’s time we had some fun together! And Kiara-chan right here offered me the perfect opportunity for us!”

“W-what does that have to do with tying me up to a chair though?!?” Sei cried out. This caused both girls in the room to sneer at him, making him flinch. “W-what is it?!? Don’t just be quiet!”

“Oh Sei…” Rinko said, slowly walking behind him. It was only just now that Sei realized that he couldn’t pull his arms down, and felt his mother’s hands slowly creeping down towards his armpits. “Did you ever remember how...TICKLISH you were?!?” Rinko exclaimed as she suddenly dove her fingers into his armpits, wiggling them at a rapid pace.

“GAHAHAHAHAHAHA! MOOOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHM NOOHOHOHOHO!” Sei immediately burst into giggles, wiggling around in the chair to avoid his mother's fingers as much as he could, but to no avail. Kiara laughed alongside Sei, giggling at how ticklish he was.

“To answer your question, the type of Plavisky Particle being researched here is a kind that can materialize small things out of thin air, almost like a 3D-Printer.” Kiara explained, though Sei was too caught up in his laughter to really be listening. “For instance…” Kiara snapped her fingers and two feathers began floating in front of his bare feet, tickling them as well.

“AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! W-WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAT?!?” Sei said with surprise as no matter how he moved his legs the feathers would still be on his feet, tickling them. The chair was bolted to the floor, so he couldn’t pull his feet off the table either.

“It’s only little things like that that can be made, but I’m suuuure you get the idea.” Kiara snickered. “Anyway…” Kiara said as she began taking off her shoes and socks in front of Sei, causing the blush on his face to redden even more. “I won’t let you be totally suffering over there. I’ll give you a nice sight to look at while Mommy gives you some well deserved tickles!” She sat down and gave the laughing boy a sneer. “How do I look? Am I totally the cutest idol or what? You like the sight of my feet? How about my belly? Huh? Ki-ra-raaaaann!~”

Sei was too lost in his own laughter to really respond, but the blush on his face only served to get even deeper the more he looked at Kiara. Laughter filled the room as a combination of Rinko and Kiara’s snickering and Sei’s guffaws from the feathers and his mother’s tickling. He had never felt more embarrassed in his entire life.

The most embarrassing part of all of this however, was that he didn’t exactly hate this. But he didn’t dare admit it.
