Description Okay! Well, I figured I mine as well finish uploading my recent batch of kimono jewelry here on dA - I had intended on uploading the huge files for prints (not like anyone really wants prints of jewelry, but still...) but after my hard drive died and had to be replaced, I couldn't recover all of the images that had been deleted already off of my camera cards. So, you're stuck with the higher-resolution water-marked images I used for the Etsy listings.

This set of jewelry comes from the childrens kimono that many of the other pieces have. This was just unique, though, because there aren't very many wheels on it that have flowers like this, and in such bright colors, either! This actually took two half wheels to make, because it was one that was right on the edge of the fabric, so only a small part of it was usable XP

There are pretty red flowers on the base of light blue, with pink above it. I accented that with Swarovski crystals on the pendant and earrings. The earrings feature a bit of wire work, holding a clear crystal in place, while the pendant has the crystals strung on clear filament, so they look like they're floating.

The shapes of these crystals are interesting, too - the red one is a butterfly, and the pink one looks like a cherry flower At the very bottom, there is another clear crystal with a bead on top of it that is a long rectangle featuring butterflies in flowers, that I thought worked just perfectly!

A little girly, but really pretty!

These (plus a whole lot more!) are currently available in my Vintage Etsy store at TSVintage.Etsy.com

I love the fabric you used here! It's very feminine but still sophisticated.

If I had pierced ears, I would be all over these earrings. I love the curling wire supporting the crystal -- definitely something I don't see too often.

As for the pendant, I think your use of the clear filament was clever. I didn't like it when I first noticed it in the picture, but I can picture the lovely effect it could have when the pendant is being worn.
