actually, a transformation takes around 30 seconds at the longest. changing clothes takes around 5 minutes when you have to hunt down the clothes you're changing into, undress, and then redress. so... which do you think is faster?

Hahaha, great idea! I bet Usagi would always end up forgetting parts of her fuku, and Minako would spend way too much time in front of a mirror. Rei would probably go and kick some back side no matter how complete her outfit is.
