Those lines kept going through my mind as I drew this.

this is robert powell playing jesus in the miniseries "jesus of nazareth". this is the scene in which he drives the devil out from a young man in the local synagogue.

Hey there Marcus...wow then you are lucky to have such a reference at your disposal such as your son! I have to resort to Robert Powell lol....nah, seriously, he's my fav for portraying Jesus....it's in his eyes and his portrayal, body language just speaks to me of Jesus....

Yes, there seems to be so much emotion in His eyes...I love hearing back from people and what they sense from Him in my paintings or drawings of Him. I have my own feeling, insights, words, images...but others will sense and feel different things which is what makes it all so very wonderful and rewarding.
