Have you looked into the context of this hair style and ornaments, like the time period and worn by some specific class? (I like fashion's history)

It's really hard to pinpoint those things, I researched Chinese Ethnic Minorities a lot of last year and saw so many similarities in their attire. Some were markedly different, like Uyghur and Daur, for example. The Han were also included, and their designs looked a lot like what today's modern qipao's look like. But if you look at most current designs, they what they seem to resemble is a "mish mash" of derivative elements. So no, I cannot tell you time periods and classes since my research was mostly to obtain design inspiration with minimal emphasis on historical information. Also, this is just my personal opinion on the matter, I'm not a subject area expert on this.
