Personality: Diego is a more gentle and nurturing than anything, wanting the best for the people close to him, often more than willing to give everything he can to those who ask while trying to believe in the best in people. Though once given a reason, he'll become very cold and distant (mean even) with the person in question, doing mostly petty things such as ignoring/ avoiding the person in question, acting as if they don't exist.

Positive traits: Compassionate, Nurturing, Honest, Friendly, Flexible, Loyal, Clean, Optimistic, Idealistic, Gentle.

Negative traits: GULLIBLE, indecisive, Push over, overly critical of himself, Absent minded, People-pleaser, picky, over protective, Easily Discouraged, Short-sighted.

Ability in use:
Diego ability is mostly centered around growth. Anywhere ranging from flowers to trees, Diego can speed the development and how they develop to a certain extent. He will have a case of seeds (much like a bead organizer) small enough to fit in a pocket.

Restriction 1: With the lack of training and control as the plant grows it becomes harder to control where it spreads (especially if it's been pushed outside of it's natural size). This can lead to it essentially lead to the plant to continue to grow until he can either regain control of it or it stops on it's own. (side note: while he can push plants past a natural size, this does not mean that you'll find a sunflower the size of a building, it'll maybe get to double it's height/width. That being said the only thing that might cause an issue would be something continues to grow such as trees, vines, or bushes.)

Restriction 2: Fire.

Restriction 3: environments such as deep colds or dry heats limit what he can make, you want a tropical plant in subzero temperatures? Not really gonna happen.

Restriction 4: Like any human being, constant and heavy use can drain him and he'll need to recover before using again. This will start to show when the plants start wilting after moments and he, himself will look exhausted. (recharge includes naps near windows)

Background:

Growing up in a rural area mostly consisting of farmers and stray houses here and there, Diego spent most his time at home with his overly affectionate and zealous (to say the least) parents, showering him with love and acceptance. While the two believe that his ability is the result of their love for each other, the neighbors that they did have, didn't exactly believe this despite the boy constantly trying to give them presents to gain their approval, the gifts of flowers and candy were rejected every time.

Over time Diego began to accept that very few adults liked him, so instead he shifted over to fit in with new comers and children his own age, finding what seemed to be friendship with a small group of boys who to enjoy using him and his powers for pranks, assuring him no one get it hurt and it was all for fun until it ended with Diego's neighbor being knocked out while rolling large pumpkins down a hill and onto the road, once caught, the boys were very quick to shift the blame to Diego, making him out to be the mastermind behind it all.

All this did was spark fights between the two households which eventually lead to them leaving their home behind for the city after his father was hospitalized after a fight turned physical.

12 years passed in the city, working part time along side his mother in a auto repair shop. Diego was hiding his abilities from all but his parents, not wanting to hurt or scare anyone, much to his father's displeasure who still believed like his gifts were to help people and eventually took it upon him self to research and make a call to an agency, in hopes that it would heal the rejection his son had faced and show him that he and his powers could help.


Ambition: He hopes to find a place where he can fit in and find a purpose for himself.

Specialized Skills: Auto mechanics.
Hobbies: Gardening, cleaning, sketching (cars mostly), playing on the internet (youtube).

Random Trivia:
- is afraid of large animals. Won't scream and run away or cry but he will freeze up and slowly remove himself from the direct presence of a large dog regardless of it's temperament.
-has a small Spanish accent and knows fair amount of the langue. ( His father is not very good with English but moved came to the us after marrying his wife)
- you will almost never see him with roots, he is very adamant about his hair being well kept. ( that and you probably won't see him without flowers in his hair)
-while not a vegetarian, his diet is mostly greens and fruits. No dietary reason, he just really likes them.
-His Mother was the one who got him into cars, often getting him outside to help clean or hand her tools, teaching him along the way.
