I agree that the design is very cute and all those bright colours do fit with your style.
My favourite part of this drawing is the eyes, they are very bright and full of life, even if I think the left eye could have been slightly larger on the side facing the nose and if I shall continue with the criticism I think that the shoulders should have been a bit wider and higher to make the neck slightly shorter, and the placement of her collar bones is a bit low, they should also be closer together.
Once again I have to stress that I enjoy the colours, both the blue/turquoise and pink of her hair makes me think of bubblegum

Oh my gosh, the collarbones bothered me almost immediately after I scanned it ;; But at that point fixing them was difficult with the colors that I'd chosen. But I will definitely remember in the future to check my own collarbones before drawing them in, haha! And I'll pay extra attention to the shoulders and the neck when I do my next so many portraits.
