I've never really felt happy about my Uru and Ahadi designs. They've always felt a bit rushed, and without any thought, so I wanted to give it a go again.

I still feel like Ahadi is the one from the royal line, being that men used to be - and somewhere still is - the one to inherit the throne. I feel Simba probably is the one who changed that? I also didn't want to change his design too much from the one in the books, so I tried to keep his general appearance as close as possible, but changing the mane and eyecolor to the text description, rather than the illustrations. It did limit me a lot, but that's alright.

I feel Uru came out kinda like I wanted. I thought about giving her blue eyes, before deciding to use the text description for Ahadi, but when I changed his eyes to green, I had to change hers to brown (Genetics and such). And why blue? Mostly because of the meaning of her name. I decided to add that little dot above her eyes instead.

They weren't supposed to be in the same artwork together, but in two separate character sheets, but yeah. Time.
