Yeah, that light blue in this manga there are 7 "elements" or something like that. Sky is the element above all, then there are the others, and they're all with different colors
Sky = orange
Storm = red
Rain = light blue
Cloud = something like light purple/pink :s
Lightning = green
Mist = dark blue/purplish
Sun = yellow, of course XD

Hey! I've got trouble coloring using gimp 2.6!!!
I can't use any color I input colors, but when I try to paint on the layer, it only makes black paint

mmh maybe the image is in grayscale
you go in image > mode > and put RGB

Ok, i don't understand XD I just chose the red color and i could color with that red on the same layer you wrote on with black

idk... i don't have a color map too... I'm only using eye dropper to pick colors
