Description This one here is Celty, from anime series Durarara!!^^ She a Dullahan, a headless horse rider from Ireland that carries the head in her arms, but for some unknown reason her head is stolen and she decides to travel to Japan to find it. She uses a motorcycle thight outfit and helmet to diguise herself,communicates to others trough a PDA, transforms her horse into a huge black bike and can manipulate a black substance from her body to create scythes out of nowhere.... I think that's enough reasons to call her a "Pure Badass Lady" xDDDDDD She's my favourite character from the series, not only she have a very nice personality, her real face is actually pretty cute too, though her helmet disguise makes her look really cool already xDDDD
