This is Azure, a commissioned character! Here's a little bit about her:

"Spending most of her younger years at sea, Azure decided she’d rather use her unique skills for a greater cause and joined up with followers of the water God, Epmos, to help them deal with the Burning Mother, the Fire Goddess. After years of minor jobs and intensive training, she was sent to the Unnamed Isle in search of a special stone that will help her God turn the tides.

On arrival, she quickly discovered it wouldn’t be an easy task. The Order of the Arcane has found and taken the stone to Deepspire and the demon lord Graz’zt has been unleashed back into the world. Meanwhile, a Drow has placed herself and her minions in the middle of the island and plans to make use of the stone for her own nefarious motivations, and the Minolian Armada terrorize the seas, making travel and trade by sea near impossible.

She is currently sailing the seas with her companions, protecting a trade vessel from the Armada. They are soon to arrive in Xynarr, a wealthy city, in order to secure some mystery boxes purchased by their benefactor before moving onward to Deepspire, where they plan to gain access to the center of the island, and perhaps acquire the stone Azure needs at the same time."
