Description Zero's already struggling self-esteem suffered another blow when he recently lost his leg in battle. Being as self-conscious and critical as he is he rarely left his room the first couple of weeks till he got his prosthetic leg and had somewhat managed to walk on it. However he still refrains from engaging with others, unless it's mandatory, to avoid their pity.
He therefore only does his rehabilitation exercises when he knows no one else is around, which is usually early in the morning before dusk. Zero is very much aware his conditioin has developed into some state of depression but refuses to talk about it or take medication for it, for the same reason he doesn't want to be watched while exercising - he doesn't wish anyone to see him as voulnarable and fragile as he constantly feels. This is why he isn't interested in others pity as he doesn't need a reminder of how weak and pathetic he is. He knows.
He needs help though.

Adorbs I love the moodiness (and the fact that your background empahizes it I could totally use that) The worst thing about people being ciritcal towards themselves is that fact that you just want them to feel better but it's not always enough to say it to their face. I like that you go in depth with your characters like that, you can totally tell that by looking at your drawings Keep up the good work, I love your characters!

(the background was just my attempt of an early sunrise, I'm not so good at this yet shh but don't tell anyone) I've always enjoyed going into depths with my characters feelings and personalities as I think most oc's are uncharacteristically brave and awesome O: I just thought it would be nice to have someone voulnarable for a change, without the character being some whining little uke (excuse me if I'm patronizing stereo types right now) so that has always been the idea with Zero. To act brave, even when his world is falling appart and just trying to do his best to make things work! I might have exaggerated a bit but hey, who's judging
