Description The alternate dimension of Praetoria is a curious one. Many familiar faces appear in different forms. Those with power are venerated, and rule over those without, with a light, velvet touch... concealing the iron fist that engulfs everything behind the scenes.

Rania has a counterpart in Praetoria, and she couldn't be more different. High Noon Rania is neither emotionless nor grim. She's a cheerful social sort, a woman born to a happy family life and a wealthy legacy, grown up in priviledge that translated not to arrogance, but to kindness.

Which makes her jarring alternate profession all the more amazing. High Noon Rania is one of Praetoria's more notorious independent assassins, drawing down and killing for hire. Few of her opponents don't see her coming, but with a combination of high-tech sonic projectors, amazing acrobatics, and the trusty aim of her beloved handguns, few targets can do much about it, either. She freely admits this is her 'thrill', her chosen profession to keep her from boredom.
Eventually her skills bordered heavily enough on the supernatural to get her on the path into Powers Division, and eventually into rebelling against the state's overwhelming hand.

This lead her to the Rogue Isles, where she found herself faced with a blander version of herself...

OOC Notes: I was batting around names and concepts for a dual-pistols version of Rania, and one of my friends suggested High Noon. The concept for a dual pistols cowboy gunslinger pretty much wrote itself from there. She was originally conceived to share Twilight's prediliction for ice and storms, but I decided to diversify and try out sonic, using the animations that suggested more a device than from her mouth. Her advanced powersets were Psionic, designed to imply that she was using advanced sonic technology to attack the mind directly.

Sadly, poor High Noon only ever made it into the high 30s before game end.
