Darker days are upon me and I am currently going through a lot of emotions... Past thoughts, trauma, feelings have been resurfacing and I'm having to actually deal with them instead of running away. This artwork represents that. A darker side to ourselves that we keep hidden. They may not be bad things, but they could be hurtful things. Perhaps they are people who once were but now have left. Perhaps it's some sort of life experience or trauma we once faced only to leave us weak and broken.

I'm coming to the surface for air after sinking for so long...
