well... my friend was nagging my to draw neji, so here it is! i like the picture, but when i scanned it and then converted it to jpeg, it got a lightish... i dont know why....
but o well, you get the just of it.. this is of some naruto manga cover ( i dont know which one..)anywho, i hope yall like it!
